Profile
An academic and university administrator with more than two decades of contribution to teaching mathematics and computer science, and to leading academic and administrative work in higher-education institutions. He earned his Ph.D. in Mathematics Applications from West Virginia University, USA, in 2017, where he received the Best Iraqi Ph.D. Student Award in recognition of his academic excellence. He has held senior leadership positions across the University of Karbala and the University of Al-Ameed, building substantial expertise in digital transformation, electronic registration systems, the implementation of the Bologna Process, and the development of automated university systems. His research interests extend to Fractal Geometry and Consensus Measurement, as well as his passion for applying advanced mathematics in the field of engineering, resulting in peer-reviewed publications in respected scientific journals.
