Exclusive – University Media
As part of the weekly program of activities aimed at providing recreation for students and enhancing their cultural and religious aspects, the Girls' Dormitory Department at Al-Ameed University organized a religious visit to the shrines of Imam Al-Hussain and his brother, Master Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them), with the participation of a number of female dormitory students.
The official in charge of the Girls' Dormitory, Ms. Azhar Jabbar Abbas, stated in an exclusive declaration to the University Media that these visits come within the department's plan to provide an opportunity for students to perform religious visits and enhance the connection to spiritual and moral values derived from the biography of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
She pointed out that the program aims to create a spiritual atmosphere that contributes to alleviating study pressures on students and enhances the spirit of harmony and cooperation among them, in addition to consolidating sublime religious and humanitarian concepts.
She added that the Dormitory Department will continue to organize such weekly programs due to the positive impact they leave on the students' souls, and the societal and cognitive connection they achieve, which contributes to building a balanced university personality, both scientifically and spiritually.
