On the sidelines of the Second Annual General Conference of Al-Ameed University, Dr. Ali Hamad Al-Kalkawi delivered a Qur’anic lecture titled: “Knowing the Great Realities is the Path to Building Supreme Goals and Inspiring a Deep Sense of Responsibility.” The lecture was attended by a number of professors, researchers, and university staff.
In his lecture, Dr. Al-Kalkawi explored key Qur’anic themes focusing on the role of understanding the great realities — as emphasized in the Noble Qur’an — in shaping the supreme objectives of both the individual and society. He explained that such awareness contributes to fostering a sense of responsibility, strengthening faith-based and intellectual values, and consolidating the approach of scientific and cognitive renaissance.
He further stressed that adherence to Qur’anic principles represents a solid foundation for building a responsible human character, capable of facing challenges and achieving comprehensive reform in work and life in general.
This event comes as part of a series of scientific and intellectual activities included in the conference, aimed at enriching the academic movement and promoting integration between Qur’anic knowledge, scientific research, and professional practice within the environment of Al-Ameed University.
