Al-Ameed University Honors Faculty Members on Their Promotion to Higher Academic Ranks
As part of its commitment to supporting academic excellence and advancing scientific progress, the Presidency of Al-Ameed University, represented by the Acting Assistant President for Administrative and Legal Affairs, Professor Dr. Mushtaq Kareem Abdul Raheem, honored a number of faculty members on Sunday, February 23, 2025, in recognition of their promotion to higher academic ranks.

Professor Dr. Dhia Kareem Abdul Ali, Dean of the College of Nursing, promoted from Assistant Professor to Professor.
Professor Dr. Ali Dhul-Fiqar Al-Bassam, Assistant Dean of the College of Medicine for Academic Affairs and Student Affairs, promoted from Assistant Professor to Professor.
Professor Dr. Sattar Jabbar Rahi, Assistant Dean of the College of Medicine for Administrative Affairs, promoted from Assistant Professor to Professor.
Professor Dr. Saad Ibrahim Mahmoud, promoted from Assistant Professor to Professor.
Assistant Professor Dr. Jasim Mohsen Maktaif, promoted from Lecturer to Assistant Professor.
Assistant Professor Dr. Redha Mohammed Lafta, promoted from Lecturer to Assistant Professor.
