The Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance at Al-Ameed University organized a mourning council this morning, Monday (November 24, 2025), to mark the martyrdom anniversary of the Mistress of the Women of the Worlds, Fatima Al-Zahra (peace be upon her), according to the third narrative. The event was held at the Imam Al-Mujtaba (peace be upon him) Hall, in the presence of the University President, the Assistants, College Deans, and a number of faculty, staff, and students.
The Director of the Counseling Department, Prof. Dr. Hassanain Adnan Al-Mousawi, stated in a declaration to the university media that holding this council came as an expression of solace and reverence to the Household of Infallibility and Prophethood (peace be upon them) regarding this painful tragedy, which left a deep impact on Islamic history and the conscience of the loyalists.
Al-Mousawi added that the council included a religious lecture by His Eminence Sheikh Salah Al-Aboudi, in which he spoke about the biography and life of Sayyida Al-Zahra (peace be upon her) and the injustice she was subjected to after the departure of her father, the Noble Prophet (Allah's prayers be upon him and his family). He emphasized the importance of drawing inspiration from the lessons and values represented by the Lady of Purity and Chastity in defending the truth and remaining steadfast on principles.
