The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at the College of Dentistry, Al-Ameed University, organized today, Sunday (04/05/2025), a humanitarian visit to Imam Al-Hassan (peace be upon him) Teaching Hospital, affiliated with the Health and Medical Education Authority, to meet with children suffering from cancer.
The visit aimed to provide psychological and moral support to the sick children, bring smiles to their faces through direct interaction, and distribute symbolic gifts, thereby enhancing the developmental and humanitarian aspects among the college students and instilling in them the values of compassion and social solidarity.
This initiative is part of a series of voluntary activities sponsored by the Presidency of Al-Ameed University, within its ongoing efforts to consolidate the principles of social responsibility and effective human communication with various segments of society, particularly those most in need of support and care.
