Al-Ameed University Organizes a Religious Trip for Its Students to the Holy Askariya and Kadhimiya Shrines

The Department of Male Dormitory Affairs organized a religious and educational visit for students residing in the dormitories to the Holy Askariya Shrine in Samarra and the Holy Kadhimiya Shrine. The visit aimed to enhance spiritual values and consolidate principles of cultural and religious communication among the students.

The Director of the Department of Male Dormitory Affairs, Asst. Lect. Rami Mohammed Jawad Al-Asadi, stated in an exclusive interview with the university media that the visit was conducted in the company of the dormitory supervisors: Mohammed Mahmoud Mukhaif, Mustafa Fadhil Ali, and Ashraf Ali Abdul Amir, who accompanied the students on this trip. The visit included performing visitation rituals, reciting supplications, and introducing students to the historical and religious landmarks of the two noble shrines.

Al-Asadi added that this initiative comes as part of the department's annual program aimed at caring for students psychologically and socially, and creating an educational atmosphere that fosters a spirit of belonging and national and religious identity.

The students appreciated the efforts made in organizing this visit, noting the fraternal atmosphere and humanitarian concepts it carried, which contribute to supporting them during their educational journey.
