As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen academic relations with universities and educational institutions both inside and outside Iraq, Al-Ameed University has signed a scientific and cultural cooperation agreement with Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University. The agreement aims to enhance prospects for collaboration in academic, research, and training fields.
Representing Al-Ameed University at the signing ceremony was the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Maytham Hameed Al-Qanbar, while Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University was represented by its Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Ghanem Wadai, in the presence of the University President, Prof. Dr. Hassan Lateef Al-Zubaidi.
The agreement outlines collaboration in areas such as the exchange of academic expertise and competencies, the implementation of joint scientific and research projects, as well as the organization of workshops and scientific conferences — all aimed at improving the quality of higher education and advancing academic and research skills in both institutions.
