The College of Dentistry at Al-Ameed University, represented by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Nawras Baha Mohammed, participated in an intensive training course held at Hannover University, Germany. This participation comes within the framework of international academic cooperation and the exchange of scientific expertise. The course focused on the applications of modern surgical guides used in dental implants, featuring a live demonstration showcasing jawbone alignment techniques using high-frequency piezoelectric devices, one of the latest innovations in the field.
The visit aimed to explore the latest technological advancements in dental implants and bone techniques, with the goal of transferring this advanced knowledge to Al-Ameed University. This initiative seeks to enhance the competence of the university's academic staff, thereby enriching the scientific and practical skills of students. It aligns with the university's commitment to developing the capabilities of its academic personnel and fostering an advanced learning environment that contributes to improving healthcare quality in Iraq.
