Under the patronage of the President of the University of al- ameed Prof. Dr. Muayad Al-Ghazali, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Rahim Mahdi Rahim, the college, in cooperation with the Department of Continuing Education, held a scientific lecture on Saturday (21/11/2020) on diabetes in conjunction with the World Diabetes Day. The teaching staff is Prof. Dr. Samir Hassan Al-Rikabi, in the presence of a group of university professors, teachers and employees
The scientific lecture included many explanations about diabetes, its causes and age groups most at risk of developing it, as well as clarifying the importance of the genetics factor, which is one of the main causes of its occurrence in humans
