In a reflection of its ongoing commitment to academic excellence and global engagement, Alameed University has earned three international recognitions in the 2025 WURI (World’s Universities with Real Impact) Ranking. This prestigious ranking evaluates universities based on their societal and industrial impact through innovation in education, research, and community engagement.
Assistant Lecturer Ahmed Subeih Abdul Aboud, Director of the University Quality Assurance and Performance Department, confirmed that Alameed University was ranked among the Top 100 universities globally, out of more than 400 participating institutions worldwide — a testament to its growing academic and administrative performance.
The university was recognized for three distinguished programs under the following WURI categories:
Crisis Management – Ranked 73rd globally (Category A-5)
Technology Development and Application – Ranked 97th globally (Category A-7)
SDG-Based Responses to Global Challenges – Ranked 84th globally (Category A-8)
