Enhancing the Efficiency of Administrative Work is the Focus of the Meeting of Administrative Leaders at the University and its Colleges

The Assistant to the University President for Administrative and Legal Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Kareem Abdul Raheem, held an expanded meeting that included the Deans' Assistants for Administrative Affairs and the Directors of Administrative Departments, to discuss mechanisms for developing administrative work and enhancing the efficiency of institutional performance across various joints of the university.

The meeting witnessed the discussion of a set of themes related to organizing administrative work and elevating the level of services provided, as well as following up on the implementation of approved instructions and regulations, in alignment with institutional quality requirements. It also addressed ways to enhance coordination between the administrative departments at the university presidency and the colleges, which contributes to accelerating the completion of transactions and simplifying procedures.

During the meeting, the Assistant to the University President emphasized the importance of adhering to approved administrative and legal contexts, stressing the necessity of working with a one-team spirit to achieve institutional goals and provide a work environment that contributes to raising performance efficiency and achieving smoothness in completing tasks.

The attendees participated with interventions and remarks regarding the challenges facing administrative work, and appropriate solutions to address them were discussed, thereby enhancing performance effectiveness and keeping pace with the requirements of the current phase.
