Under the supervision of the Acting Dean of the College of Pharmacy at our university, Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Dhu Al-Fiqar Al-Bassam, the college, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center, organized a scientific workshop entitled "Research Study Design." The session was delivered by faculty member Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hamid Abdul-Hussein, in the presence of a group of the college's professors and faculty members.
The workshop addressed the fundamentals and methodologies of research study design, the primary scientific pillars that contribute to preparing rigorous research, and selecting the appropriate research design tailored to the nature and objectives of the research problem, thereby elevating the quality of scholarly output and advancing the academic staff's skills in scientific research.
This workshop comes within the College of Pharmacy's ongoing efforts to develop the research capabilities of its teaching staff and bolster their scientific and academic competencies, in alignment with the university's orientation toward consolidating a culture of scientific research and advancing its outcomes.
