The College of Pharmacy, under the supervision of its Dean, Prof. Dr. Uday Abdul-Ridha Hussein Al-Rikabi, organized a training workshop titled "Team Building and the Success of Teamwork." This comes within the framework of its continuous endeavor to develop students' skills and elevate the efficiency of professional performance in the pharmaceutical field.
The workshop, presented by the college's faculty member, Lect. Dr. Ridhab Ibrahim Mohammed, aimed to shed light on the importance of teamwork in the pharmaceutical work environment and its role in achieving professional efficiency and enhancing the level of institutional performance. This was achieved by reviewing the scientific foundations for building successful teams, as it addressed the mechanisms of enhancing effective communication skills and cooperation among team members, which contributes to achieving common goals with high efficiency.
The workshop's themes touched upon understanding team dynamics and clearly defining roles and responsibilities, as well as developing the participants' abilities to work within multidisciplinary teams. This enhances their ability to face professional challenges with a team spirit based on trust and mutual respect. Furthermore, it reviewed modern practices in managing work teams and the importance of effective leadership in building a positive work environment that contributes to improving the quality of health services.
