Gas Chromatography
Chromatography is one of the commonly used separation methods in many applications, as it is used to separate the substances that make up a given sample from one another. The naming of this type of chromatography as gas chromatography came from the fact that the mobile phase responsible for transporting the sample components is a gas. Gas chromatography is one of the most well-known and most efficient types of chromatography currently in use.
