The university, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center, held a scientific workshop titled: "Philosophical and Islamic Perspectives on Health Professions Education: Integrating Theory with Practice."
The workshop was presented by Prof. Dr. Khosrow Bagheri from the University of Tehran, in the presence of the Assistant to the University President for Administrative and Legal Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Kareem Abdul Raheem; the Acting Assistant to the University President for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Lamiaa Abdul Kareem; and the Director General of the Al-Ameed Educational Group at the Holy Abbasid Shrine, Dr. Hassan Dakhil Al-Hasnawi, alongside a number of college deans, scientific and administrative department directors, and university faculty members.
The workshop addressed the most prominent philosophical and Islamic visions in the field of health professions education, focusing on the mechanisms of integrating the theoretical aspect with practical application, which contributes to developing educational outcomes and enhancing the efficiency of health personnel.
