The College of Nursing Conducts the Final Practical Examination for the Health Assessment Course for Second-Year Students

The College of Nursing at our University conducted the final practical examination for the Adult Nursing branch of the Health Assessment course for second-year students. The examination was held in the Nursing Skills Laboratory under the supervision of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Diaa Karim Al-Bayati, and was administered in accordance with the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) system.

The examination included several assessment stations designed to evaluate students’ competencies in comprehensive clinical examination. These stations covered the assessment of the respiratory system, the cardiovascular system, and the abdominal system, in addition to other stations prepared in line with the approved academic curriculum.

This examination represents a fundamental milestone in assessing the clinical competence and practical skills of nursing students, as it plays a vital role in enhancing their professional readiness in accordance with contemporary scientific standards, and in alignment with the University’s mission to prepare qualified nursing professionals capable of delivering high-quality healthcare services.
