The College of Pharmacy at our university, under the supervision of its Dean, Prof. Dr. Uday Abdul-Ridha Hussein Al-Rikabi, organized a training workshop titled "Problem-Solving Skills in Healthcare," in the presence of the college's students.
The workshop was presented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Abdullah Hameed Mohammed Maad, a faculty member at the College of Pharmacy. He reviewed the most prominent problem-solving skills in pharmaceutical practice, supporting this with practical examples from clinical reality.
The workshop witnessed outstanding interaction from the attendees, interspersed with scientific discussions and the raising of several questions and practical cases related to pharmaceutical problems and the mechanisms of dealing with them in various health work environments.
The workshop aimed to develop the participants' abilities to analyze problems facing workers in the health sector and make appropriate decisions to address them according to scientific and methodological foundations, which contributes to elevating the quality of healthcare and enhancing patient safety.
