The College of Pharmacy at our university concluded the activities of its second annual scientific conference to discuss the graduation research of fifth-stage students, which was held under the auspices of the University President, Prof. Dr. Jawdat Nouri Al-Jashamy, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Uday Abdul-Ridha Hussein Al-Rikabi.
The concluding activities witnessed the attendance of the Acting Assistant to the University President for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Lamiaa Abdul Kareem, alongside the Dean of the College; the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Haider Faleh Al-Shamikh; and the Administrative Associate, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hassan Zulfiqar Al-Bassam. They chaired a number of research discussion committees, with the participation of the college's professors within the specialized scientific committees that supervised the evaluation and discussion of the students' research.
The conference included consecutive scientific sessions during which the graduation research presented by the fifth-stage students was showcased. The research received praise from the scientific committees for its quality of presentation and academic rigor, which reflected the scientific level of the students and the college's efforts in supporting scientific research.
The organization of this conference comes within the college's plans aimed at enhancing the culture of scientific research and developing the academic skills of students, in alignment with the university's goals of preparing specialized and distinguished scientific staff.
