The College of Nursing at our university, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center, organized a scientific workshop titled "Mixed Methods Research: A Modern Concept and a Renewed Trend in Scientific Research."
The workshop was presented by the Assistant Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Ridha Mohammed Lafta, in the presence of a number of the college's teaching staff. During the workshop, he discussed the importance of adopting mixed methods in scientific research as one of the modern trends that contribute to enhancing the quality of research outcomes.
The workshop aimed to develop the scientific and research capabilities of the university's teaching staff by introducing modern concepts in types of scientific research. It also shed light on the latest approved methods in designing and implementing academic research, in order to keep pace with rapid scientific developments.
