The College of Nursing at our university commenced conducting the final exam for students, covering the practical portion of the Fundamentals of Nursing course for the first semester of the current academic year. Under the supervision of the College Deanship and the Branch Presidency, the exam took place in a precise organizational atmosphere, reflecting the college's commitment to applying the highest academic and professional standards.

The exam was conducted in the nursing skills laboratory with the participation of first-year students. They began applying the theoretical knowledge they had received, transforming it into precise professional practical skills within evaluation stations that were supervised by professors and specialized supervisors.

The test also included a comprehensive evaluation of several basic nursing procedures that represent the cornerstone of clinical practice. Most notable among these were measuring Vital Signs to ensure the students' accuracy in monitoring health indicators, and various injection techniques, focusing on injection angles and safety standards. In addition, it covered the skill of intravenous cannulation (IV Cannulation), testing the students' ability for proper venous access and correct handling of solutions, as well as the application of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to consolidate the culture of infection control and protect health personnel and patients.
