To promote health culture and consolidate awareness of the importance of prevention, the Community Health Branch at the College of Nursing at our university, in cooperation with the University Psychological Counseling Unit, organized an awareness activity aimed at highlighting the risks of breast cancer and emphasizing the vital role of early detection in increasing the chances of treatment and recovery.
The activity included the distribution of educational brochures that highlighted key risk factors and the necessity of periodic checkups, alongside handing out flowers and sweets in an interactive atmosphere marked by optimism, encouraging attention to women's health and disseminating awareness messages in a positive manner.
This activity comes as part of a series of awareness events that the College of Nursing is committed to organizing, striving to spread health consciousness, strengthen social responsibility, and affirm that early detection of breast cancer represents a fundamental step in preventing complications of the disease and raising the prospects of full recovery.
