Computer Laboratory

The Computer Laboratory is one of the main laboratories serving the College of General Medicine, the College of Dentistry, and the College of Nursing.
The laboratory has a capacity of fifty students and is equipped with fifty desktop computers, in addition to a smart board.

The Computer Laboratory is dedicated to delivering practical lectures and administering midterm and final examinations for all colleges in the Computer course, which includes the following:

• Learning the fundamentals of computer science.


• Working with the Windows operating system.


• Internet browsing, including:
  
  
  
  • Downloading software.
  
  
  • Conducting research using Google.
  
  
  • Creating an email account for sending and receiving electronic messages.
  
  
  
  


• Learning the basic skills related to the essential programs within the Microsoft Office suite, including:
  
  
  
  • Microsoft Word, used for document creation and printing.
  
  
  • Microsoft PowerPoint, used for presentations.
  
  
  • Microsoft Excel, used for creating tables and spreadsheets.
