The University of Alameed Continues to Enhance its Institutional Readiness by Following Up on the Completion of the HEPIQ Platform Requirements

The Assistant to the University President for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Lamia Abdul-Karim Issa, chaired an expanded meeting that brought together the heads of registration units in the colleges and those tasked with data entry on the HEPIQ platform. The meeting saw the active participation of the heads of the E-Learning Division and the Electronic Calculator Division, alongside representatives from various colleges across the university.

The meeting was held within the framework of continuous follow-up to complete the requirements of the HEPIQ platform, assess the readiness level of data for the academic years 2024–2025 and 2025–2026, and ensure that all data entry requirements are met in accordance with the timelines specified by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. This aligns with the ministry's directives to promote digital transformation, consolidate quality assurance systems, and achieve institutional accreditation.

The attendees reviewed the completion rates achieved across the various colleges. Reports indicated that the tasks of completing student academic files, documenting their academic data, and entering their academic tracks have successfully reached a 100% completion rate. This achievement reflects the advanced level the university has attained in academic data management, and underscores its high readiness and full commitment to executing the ministry's requirements within the specified timeframes.

The meeting also featured a discussion on the most prominent technical observations and challenges associated with utilizing the platform. A set of procedures and solutions was agreed upon to guarantee the sustainability of performance efficiency and enhance integration among the concerned units, thereby maintaining full readiness during the upcoming stages.

In conclusion, Dr. Lamia Abdul-Karim emphasized the importance of continuing to update and review data periodically, while strictly adhering to the highest standards of accuracy and quality in its management.
