Our university received today, Monday (13/7/2026), a ministerial committee from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. This visit comes within the framework of executing the ministry's program aimed at developing an integrated and unified administrative structure for both public and private universities, in alignment with current staffing sizes and actual need ratios across various university formations.
The committee was welcomed by the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Jawdat Nouri Al-Jashamy, and the Assistant to the University President for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Lamia Abdul-Karim Issa. They extended their welcome to the committee members, reaffirming the university's keenness to cooperate with ministerial committees and provide all the necessary data and information to complete their tasks according to approved guidelines and instructions.
This visit is part of the ongoing efforts by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to standardize administrative structures in universities. This standardization contributes to achieving optimal personnel utilization, defining actual requirements, and enhancing the efficiency of administrative and institutional performance, in line with the development needs of the higher education sector in Iraq.
