Assistant Professor Dr. Hussein Alawi Al-Ghanmi, representing the Editorial Board of Al-Ameed University Journal for Medical and Health Sciences Research, participated in the First Conference of Editorial Boards of Iraqi Scientific Journals, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at the Theater of the University of Technology in Baghdad.
This conference serves as a comprehensive national platform aimed at developing the scientific publishing environment, supporting and enhancing the reality of academic publishing in Iraq, as well as unifying efforts to index Iraqi scientific journals in prestigious international databases such as Scopus and Clarivate.
Al-Ameed University’s participation in this conference represents an important step toward strengthening its scientific presence and advancing the level of academic research and scientific publishing in both local and international journals.
