Under the patronage of the University President, and as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance preparedness and effective emergency response, the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center, organized today, Wednesday, 16/7/2025, a specialized workshop titled: “Alameed University’s Plan to Address Chemical, Biological, and Radiological Incidents,” held in the Imam Al-Mujtaba Hall (peace be upon him) at the university campus.
The workshop was presented by the Director of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department, Assistant Lecturer Mr. Ahmed Subaih Abd, in the presence of a number of administrative department directors and university staff. The workshop addressed the most important plans and procedures to be followed in the event of any such incident, alongside recommendations related to the safe handling of hazardous materials and preventing their potential effects on the university environment.
