On Sunday, December 1, 2024, Al-Ameed University welcomed an international delegation of researchers participating in the Seventh Al-Ameed International Scientific Conference. The conference was organized by the Al-Ameed Scientific and Intellectual Association in collaboration with Al-Ameed and Al-Kafeel Universities, under the auspices of the al-Abbas Holy Shrine. It was held over the past two days, November 29–30, 2024.
The delegation was received by the Assistant President of Al-Ameed University for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Maytham Hamid Al-Qanbar, along with several administrative staff members of the university.
The visit included a tour of the university’s facilities and gardens, as well as a stop at the Imam Al-Mujtaba (peace be upon him) Hall located in the heart of the campus. At the conclusion of their visit, the delegation members expressed their admiration for the university’s state-of-the-art classrooms, its impressive landmarks, the beauty of its gardens, and the exceptional academic atmosphere experienced by its students.
