In line with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Al-Ameed University launched a comprehensive training program on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, aimed at developing and empowering human resources leadership across the university. The program spans the months of July and August 2025 and targets heads of academic departments, administrative directors, and unit supervisors.
The initiative includes two specialized training courses:
The first, titled "Administrative Skills," was delivered by Dr. Haider Al-Aaraji, Director of the Continuing Education Center. It focused on modern management principles and effective leadership techniques.
The second course, titled "Legal Skills," was presented by legal advisor Dr. Ahmed Yaqoub Ibrahim, addressing the legal and regulatory frameworks governing university operations and promoting institutional performance.
