The Assistant to the President of The University of Alameed for Administrative and Legal Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Karim Abdul-Rahim, received—in the presence of the Director of the Department of Media and Government Communication, Asst. Prof. Dr. Jassim Mohsen Al-Sultani—faculty member in the Media Department at the College of Arts, University of Babylon, and specialist in dramatic and cinematic photography, Lect. Dr. Dhul-Fiqar Zuhair Ismail. This took place on the sidelines of the developmental training course organized by the Department of Media and Government Communication for its personnel.
The course aims to develop the technical and media capabilities of the department's personnel and elevate their skills in the fields of photography and visual production, in alignment with the requirements of modern media work.
During the course, the lecturer addressed several topics related to dramatic and cinematic photography techniques, methods of constructing visual scenes, and mechanisms of professional media content production, in addition to conducting practical applications that contributed to enhancing the technical skills of the participants.
This course falls within the developmental programs implemented by the university's Media Department, aimed at building the capabilities of its staff and raising the efficiency of media performance to keep pace with rapid developments in the field of media.
