College of Medicine Conducts OSCE Clinical Skills Examinations for Sixth-Year Students

The College of Medicine at University of Al-Ameed conducted the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) for sixth-year students as part of the first training rotation in Internal Medicine. The examinations were held under the supervision of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Riyadh Mustafa Murtadha, and under the management of the Head of the Department of Internal Medicine, Prof. Dr. Hassan Ali Nasrallah, with the participation of faculty members, specialist physicians, and consultants.

The examinations comprised several clinical stations designed according to approved clinical evaluation criteria and standards. They aimed to assess students' mastery of medical knowledge and clinical skills, as well as their ability to apply and utilize them effectively across various clinical scenarios and cases.

These examinations align with the College of Medicine's ongoing commitment to enhancing the quality of clinical education and training, elevating the scientific and professional standards of its students, and evaluating their acquisition of essential competencies required to practice medicine efficiently and responsibly, in full harmony with established academic and educational standards.
