The University Council held its seventh regular session for the academic year 2025–2026 today, Tuesday (28/4/2026), chaired by the University President, Prof. Dr. Jawdat Nouri Al-Jashamy, and in the presence of all council members, to discuss a number of academic and administrative files included on the agenda.
The meeting addressed the presentation of mechanisms and procedures to ensure the implementation of ministerial directives, in a manner that achieves the interests of the students and aligns with the applicable regulations and instructions.
The council also reviewed the strategic plans for the colleges at the university and discussed the promotion files for faculty members, in addition to discussing a number of issues related to student affairs and making the necessary recommendations regarding them.
