The College of Nursing at Al-Ameed University held the first discussion session regarding the titles and objectives of graduation research projects for fourth-stage students. The scientific committee emphasized the importance of scientific research and its role in developing the profession and serving the community.
The session was chaired by the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ridha Mohammed Lafta, with the membership of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Lect. Dr. Shahzanan Hassan, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hussein Allawi Al-Ghanimi, and Lect. Dr. Ali Alaa Al-Hashimi. They provided precise directives and scientific observations that contributed to enhancing the quality of the plans and raising the level of academic rigor.
The Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Dhiyaa Kareem Al-Bayati, stated in an interview with the University Media that the first discussion session included the presentation of distinguished research titles, distributed among qualitative, quantitative, and applied research. He noted a clear focus on addressing community issues through actionable scientific methods, reflecting the level of effort exerted by the students in preparing their research plans.
He added that this discussion is considered a promising launch for a fruitful academic season and research outputs of real value, contributing to serving the community and elevating the nursing sector.
